Dana Barz, M.A. is the founder and president of danamics and a native of Germany. She holds a German 5 year program master degree in adult education and organization development. Dana has worked in Training Management & Development for 15+ years, and has been working as an independent consultant/trainer implementing initiatives to foster organizational and operational effectiveness for 10+ years. When she worked as an "internal" she was recognized for her natural talent of building strong and dynamic groups, creating efficient systems and planning strategically.

Dana brings a wealth of acquired knowledge to her projects and a genuine desire to assist others to see them grow and to fully tap into their potential.

She is also an exciting, dynamic speaker with a fresh perspective on employee development training, leadership development, management skills and customer loyalty. Sally Sorenson, SPHR is an independent associate with danamics and the principal and owner of Sorenson Consulting, LLC, which provides human resources consulting and training. Sally has nearly 20 years of experience as a human resources generalist in multiple states, and in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including experience with labor relations and management. She graduated cum laude in 1997 from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations, and received and has maintained her certification from the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1997. Sally is also a post-graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute.

Consistent with Sally’s goal to make a difference, she has volunteered through Rotary as a member, leader and Paul Harris Fellow, was founding chair for a community character initiative, founding chair for corporate Olympics events in two separate communities, board member for a child abuse council, and member of a community planning committee to build a consolidated middle school. Currently Sally is a member of the Rotary Club of Sunriver, OR and is serving as a board member for the Women’s Resource Center of Central Oregon (WRCCO).
