

We host a monthly 2 hour educational meeting for anyone working with internal or external customers with 13 or fewer members in one meeting group. In the first hour of our meeting, each member will share a high level summary of what is going well and what challenges they had in the previous month. The group will problem-solve challenges that are identified. In the second hour, we will explore a specific customer service topic.
